I’ve always been a huge fan of abstract art. It’s a fantastic way to subtly, or not so subtly, add color into your home. I wrote a post about my favorite abstract artists and one of them is Theresa Losa. I was first introduced to Theresa’s work through Serena and Lily, and am so grateful we have a mutual friend.
Theresa’s use of colors are reminiscent of a warm summer sunset over water. Inspired I’m sure, by her beautiful family and home on the shore. The soft blues, greens, yellows, whites and blues are so subtle and peaceful and perfectly incapsulate the neutral coastal vibe that I love so much. Theresa has her own online retail shop where you browse her commissions, prints, and giclee prints all available for purchase. I’m just alittle obsessed with the custom piece she painted for our family room. Everytime I walk by I have to stare. It fits perfectly above our console table and we can light it at night. We will forever treasure it.
